Your trust matters. This explains what PostSaathi collects, and — just as importantly — what it does not.
Who we are
PostSaathi (“we”, “us”) provides software for India Post Recurring Deposit agents. We operate from 33A, Shyam Lal Market, Hissar Road, Rohtak – 124001, Haryana, India. Contact: support@postsaathi.com.
Your account & customer data stays on your PC
PostSaathi runs as an application on your own computer. The RD account information you sync from the DOP portal — customer names, account numbers, amounts, due dates — is stored locally on your machine. We do not upload, host, sell, or share your customers’ account data.
What we do collect
- Enquiry details — when you fill our “Get PostSaathi” form: your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, state, plan interest and account-count range. We use these only to contact you, demo the software, and set up your licence.
- Licence & billing details — the name, contact and payment reference needed to issue and renew your licence. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your card or UPI credentials.
- Basic support information — what you tell us when you ask for help, so we can resolve your issue.
How we use it
- To contact you, give a demo, and activate/renew your licence.
- To provide support (including remote screen support, only with your permission).
- To send occasional important updates about the software. We never sell your details or send spam.
Sharing
We share personal details only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our payment gateway), and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the enquiry/contact details we hold about you. Email support@postsaathi.com and we’ll act on it.
Cookies
Our website uses only the minimum cookies needed to run properly. We don’t use invasive advertising trackers.
Terms of Service
Please read these terms. By buying or using PostSaathi, you agree to them.
1. What PostSaathi is
PostSaathi is a helper tool for India Post RD agents. It syncs your accounts, prepares lots, and produces reports. The final lot submission is always done by you on the official DOP portal, as per India Post rules. PostSaathi does not submit lots to India Post on its own.
2. Not affiliated with India Post
PostSaathi is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to India Post or the Department of Posts. All India Post names and marks belong to their owners.
3. Your licence
- A licence is for one agent on one PC, is personal to you, and may not be resold, shared, or transferred.
- Plans are prepaid (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly or Yearly) and renew only when you choose to pay again.
- You are responsible for keeping your DOP portal login and your device secure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use PostSaathi only for your own legitimate agency work, and to follow all India Post rules. You must not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software.
5. Accuracy & your responsibility
PostSaathi helps you work faster, but you remain responsible for checking your figures before submitting on the DOP portal. India Post may change its portal or rules at any time; we work to keep up, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.
6. Limitation of liability
PostSaathi is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the licence fee you paid in the previous 12 months.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or end a licence that breaches these terms (for example, sharing or misusing the software).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Rohtak, Haryana.
Refund Policy
We keep this simple and fair to both sides.
See it before you buy
Before you pay, our team gives you a free live demo — often on your own accounts — so you know exactly what you’re getting. Because you’ve already seen PostSaathi working, we don’t offer a separate trial period.
Fees are non-refundable once activated
PostSaathi is a digital software licence, delivered and activated instantly after purchase. For this reason, all fees are non-refundable once your licence has been activated or the installer has been delivered.
The one exception
If you are charged by mistake — for example a duplicate payment, or a charge for a licence that was never delivered — contact us at support@postsaathi.com within 7 days and we will verify and refund the incorrect amount.
Renewals
Plans do not auto-charge. Your licence simply expires at the end of the paid period unless you choose to renew, so you are never billed unexpectedly.
