Yes. Cash lots have a maximum of ₹20,000 per lot as per India Post rules, and PostSaathi enforces it automatically — a lot is never built over the limit. DOP and non-DOP cheque lots don’t have that cap.
PostSaathi reads each RD account’s maturity date and shows which accounts have already matured and which are maturing soon, with the dates. You can reach those clients well ahead of time so a renewal is never missed.
Yes. There’s a Hindi/English toggle (हिं) in the header — one tap switches the whole interface. Support is available in Hindi as well.
